Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or internationally.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Below $70, standard shipping is a flat $8. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay, and we never add charges after an order is placed.

We offer one shipping speed. We would rather quote you an honest standard delivery window than sell you an express upgrade we can't actually deliver faster.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm ET, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4–9 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and peak season can extend them.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received one within 2 business days of your order confirmation, email hello@shopironbarkhome.com and we'll chase it.

Problems on arrival

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 7 days — we'll replace it or refund it, and we'll cover the return shipping. Don't discard the packaging until the claim is settled; carriers require it.
